Sneak Peek

The next stop on the remodeling train is going to be the guest bathroom.  The plan is to start next week, but I wanted to give you a sneak peek of what we have in store.
The existing bathroom is straight-up 80's, and quite frankly, ugly.

Now, for a peek at the materials we are planning on using.

NEW BATHROOM MOOD BOARD

The dark tile(used as the background for this photo) will be used as our floor tile and is the Arcturus 12"x24" tile from Tile Shop.  The moss green penny round tile, also from Tile Shop, will be used as an accent with some white subway tiles from Home Depot.  The paint on the plate is a custom paint that we had used at our previous townhouse and actually works perfectly with the other elements that we purchased.
We also purchased a vanity from Lowe's a few months ago when we were able to get 30% off. It has been sitting in our guest bedroom waiting to be installed.

We are hoping that the black granite vanity top will tie into the dark tile floor.  The granite also has some green and blue specs in it which will, hopefully, pick up on the penny round color and paint color.  We shall see!!
